मूत्रं गव्यं चित्रकव्योषयुक्तं सर्पिःकुम्भे क्षौद्रयुक्तं स्थितं हि । पक्षादूर्ध्वं श्वित्रिभिः पेयमेतत् । कुर्याच्चास्मिन् कुष्ठदिष्टं विधानम् ॥३९॥

In a pot, urine mixed with cow's urine, along with chitraka and vyosha, should be added to ghee and jaggery. This preparation should be taken as a drink above the wings (of the body). One should use this as a treatment for leprosy as prescribed.

english translation

एक बर्तन में गाय के मूत्र के साथ चितरक और व्योष मिलाकर, घी और गुड़ मिलाया जाना चाहिए। इस तैयारी को शरीर के पंखों के ऊपर पीना चाहिए। कुष्ठ रोग के उपचार के लिए इसे निर्धारित विधि के अनुसार प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
