लाक्षा कुष्ठं सर्षपाः श्रीनिकेतं रात्रिर्व्योषं चक्रमर्दस्य बीजम् । कृत्वैकस्थं तक्रपिष्टः प्रलेपो दद्रूषूक्तो मूलकाद्बीजयुक्तः ॥१२॥
Lac, mustard seeds, shriniketa, nightshade, long pepper, and seeds of Cassia tora should be combined together. When made into a paste with buttermilk, it is applied as a remedy for ringworm. This mixture, with radish seeds, is highly effective.

Cassia tora seeds originating from the Sindhu region, kesara from sugarcane, and Tarkshya stone should be ground into a paste. This paste, when mixed with the juice of wood apple, swiftly cures ringworm with this formulation.

Hemakshiri, Vyadhighata, Sirisha, Neem, Sarja, Vatsaka, and Sajakarna—when used in baths, as pastes, or in rubbing treatments, these herbs swiftly eliminate severe ringworm.
