लाक्षा कुष्ठं सर्षपाः श्रीनिकेतं रात्रिर्व्योषं चक्रमर्दस्य बीजम् । कृत्वैकस्थं तक्रपिष्टः प्रलेपो दद्रूषूक्तो मूलकाद्बीजयुक्तः ॥१२॥

Lac, mustard seeds, shriniketa, nightshade, long pepper, and seeds of Cassia tora should be combined together. When made into a paste with buttermilk, it is applied as a remedy for ringworm. This mixture, with radish seeds, is highly effective.

english translation

लाक्षा, सरसों के बीज, श्रीनिकेत, रात्रि, पिप्पली और चक्रमर्द के बीजों को एक साथ मिलाकर, तक्र (मही) के साथ पीसकर लेप तैयार किया जाता है। इस लेप का उपयोग दाद के उपचार के लिए किया जाता है। इसमें मूली के बीज मिलाने से यह और अधिक प्रभावी हो जाता है।
