सिन्धूद्भूतं चक्रमर्दस्य बीजमिक्षूद्भूतं केशरं तार्क्ष्यशैलम् । पिष्टो लेपोऽयं कपित्थाद्रसेन दद्रूस्तूर्णं नाशयत्येष योगः ॥१३॥

Cassia tora seeds originating from the Sindhu region, kesara from sugarcane, and Tarkshya stone should be ground into a paste. This paste, when mixed with the juice of wood apple, swiftly cures ringworm with this formulation.

english translation

सिंधु प्रदेश से उत्पन्न चक्रमर्द के बीज, ईख से प्राप्त केसर और तक्षक पर्वत का पत्थर मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं। इस पेस्ट को कपित्थ (कठल) के रस के साथ मिलाकर लगाने से दाद का शीघ्र उपचार होता है।
