गतेषु दोषेषु कफान्वितेषु नाभ्या लघुत्वे मनसश्च तुष्टौ । गतेऽनिले चाप्यनुलोमभावं सम्यग्विरिक्तं मनुजं व्यवस्येत् ॥२५॥

In cases where the doshas are affected and accompanied by Kapha, when the navel is light and there is satisfaction of the mind, and when Vayu is properly moving within the body, then a person should be properly purged.

english translation

ऐसे मामलों में जहां दोष प्रभावित होते हैं और कफ के साथ होते हैं, जब नाभि हल्की होती है और मन संतुष्ट होता है, और जब वायु शरीर के भीतर ठीक से घूम रही होती है, तो व्यक्ति को ठीक से शुद्ध किया जाना चाहिए।
