भवन्ति चात्र- हृत्कुक्ष्यशुद्धिः परिदाहकण्डूविण्मूत्रसङ्गाश्च न सद्विरिक्ते । मूर्च्छागुदभ्रंशकफातियोगाः शूलोद्गमश्चातिविरिक्तलिङ्गम् ॥२४॥
And here it is said In this context, the purification of the heart and abdomen, the relief from burning sensation, itching, and retention of urine do not occur in the case of a proper purgation. There may also be occurrences of fainting, delirium, a combination of Kapha and Vata disorders, and the emergence of pain from improper purgation.

और यहाँ कहा गया है इस संदर्भ में, हृदय और पेट की शुद्धि, जलन, खुजली और मूत्र के रुकने से राहत उचित विरेचन की स्थिति में नहीं होती है। इसके अलावा बेहोशी, प्रलाप, कफ और वात विकारों का एक साथ होना और अनुचित विरेचन से दर्द का उभरना भी हो सकता है।
