मज्जाज्यमेदोमधुभिर्दहेद्वा दग्धे च सर्पिर्मधु चावचार्यम् । कासीसतुत्थे च ततोऽत्र देये चूर्णीकृते रोचनया समेते ॥५४॥

One should use a mixture of clarified butter (ghee), fat, and honey to treat the burn. After the application, if it is scorched, it should be combined with honey and used for the treatment of the wound. For the treatment of the burn, it is also advised to use a powder prepared from the leaves of Kasisatutu.

english translation

जलने पर उपचार के लिए घी, मेद और शहद का मिश्रण करना चाहिए। अगर जलने पर प्रभावित भाग झुलस जाए, तो उसे शहद के साथ मिलाकर उपचार के लिए उपयोग करना चाहिए। कासीसतुत्थे के पत्तों से बनाए गए चूर्ण का भी उपचार के लिए उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
