तैलेन चाभ्यज्य हिताय दद्यात् सारोद्भवं गोमयजं च भस्म | हितश्च नित्यं त्रिफलाकषायो गाढश्च बन्धो यवभोजनं च ||५५||
One should apply the oil (taila) for treatment, combined with the ash derived from cow dung and the essence of the earth. A decoction of Triphala is also beneficial for treatment, and a strong bond should be maintained through barley-based foods.
