तैलेन चाभ्यज्य हिताय दद्यात् सारोद्भवं गोमयजं च भस्म । हितश्च नित्यं त्रिफलाकषायो गाढश्च बन्धो यवभोजनं च ॥५५॥

One should apply the oil (taila) for treatment, combined with the ash derived from cow dung and the essence of the earth. A decoction of Triphala is also beneficial for treatment, and a strong bond should be maintained through barley-based foods.

english translation

उपचार के लिए तेल का उपयोग करना चाहिए, जिसे गोमय से उत्पन्न भस्म और पृथ्वी के सार के साथ मिलाकर लगाया जाए। त्रिफला का काढ़ा भी उपचार के लिए लाभदायक है, और जौ आधारित भोजन के माध्यम से एक मजबूत बंधन बनाए रखना चाहिए।
