मूत्रेण वाऽऽलोड्य हिताय सारं प्रातः पिबेत् सालमहीरुहाणाम् । शस्त्रेण वाऽऽपाट्य विदार्य चैनं मेदः समुद्धृत्य हिताय सीव्येत् ॥५३॥

One should drink the essence of Sal tree (Shala) in the morning, either with urine or by squeezing it. After cutting and extracting the fat with a knife, it should be stitched for the benefit of the patient.

सुबह के समय मूत्र के साथ या साल (शाला) के रस को निचोड़कर सेवन करना चाहिए। फिर, चाकू से काटकर और मेद को निकालकर, रोगी के लाभ के लिए सीना चाहिए।
