सर्वेषामपि भूतानां हरिरात्मेश्वरः प्रियः । भूतैर्महद्भिः स्वकृतैः कृतानां जीवसंज्ञितः ॥ ७-७-४९ ॥
The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Hari, is the soul and the Supersoul of all living entities. Every living entity is a manifestation of His energy in terms of the living soul and the material body. Therefore the Lord is the most dear, and He is the supreme controller. ॥ 7-7-49 ॥
english translation
भगवान् हरि समस्त जीवों के आत्मा तथा परमात्मा हैं। प्रत्येक जीव जीवित आत्मा तथा भौतिक शरीर के रूप में उनकी शक्ति का प्राकट्य है। अतएव भगवान् अत्यन्त प्रिय हैं और परम नियन्ता हैं। ॥ ७-७-४९ ॥
