परावरेषु भूतेषु ब्रह्मान्तस्थावरादिषु । भौतिकेषु विकारेषु भूतेष्वथ महत्सु च ।। ७-६-२० ।।

sanskrit

The Supreme Personality of Godhead, the supreme controller, who is infallible and indefatigable, is present in different forms of life, from the inert living beings [sthāvara], such as the plants, to Brahmā, the foremost created living being. He is also present in the varieties of material creations and in the material elements, the total material energy ।। 7-6-20 ।।

english translation

रम नियन्ता भगवान् जो अच्युत तथा अजेय हैं जीवन के विभिन्न रूपों में यथा पौधे जैसे स्थावर जीवों से लेकर प्रथम जन्मे प्राणी ब्रह्मा तक में उपस्थित हैं। वे अनेक प्रकार की भौतिक सृष्टियों में भी उपस्थित हैं तथा सारे भौतिक तत्त्वों, सम्पूर्ण भौतिक शक्ति ।। ७-६-२० ।।
