यतो न कश्चित्क्व च कुत्रचिद्वा दीनः स्वमात्मानमलं समर्थः । विमोचितुं कामदृशां विहारक्रीडामृगो यन्निगडो विसर्गः ।। ७-६-१७ ।।

My dear friends, O sons of the demons, it is certain that no one bereft of knowledge of the Supreme Personality of Godhead has been able to liberate himself from material bondage at any time or in any country. Rather, those bereft of knowledge of the Lord are bound by the material laws. They are factually addicted to sense gratification, and their target is woman. Indeed, they are actually playthings in the hands of attractive women. Victimized by such a conception of life, they become surrounded by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and thus they are shackled to material bondage. ।। 7-6-17 ।।

english translation

हे मित्रों, हे दैत्य पुत्रो, यह निश्चित है कि भगवान् के ज्ञान से विहीन कोई भी अपने को किसी काल या किसी देश में मुक्त करने में समर्थ नहीं रहा है। उल्टे, ऐसे ज्ञान-विहीन लोग भौतिक नियमों से बाँधे जाते हैं। वे वास्तव में इन्द्रियविषय में लिप्त रहते हैं और उनका लक्ष्य स्त्रियाँ होती है। निस्सन्देह, ऐसे लोग आकर्षक स्त्रियों के हाथ के खिलौने बने रहते हैं। ऐसी जीवन-धारणोओं के शिकार बनकर वे बच्चों, नातियों तथा पनातियों से घिरे रहते हैं और इस तरह वे भव-बन्धन की जंजीरों से जकड़े जाते हैं। ।। ७-६-१७ ।।
