अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीममितिहासं पुरातनम् । यमस्य प्रेतबन्धूनां संवादं तं निबोधत ॥ ७-२-२७ ॥
In this regard, an example is given from an old history. This involves a discourse between Yamarāja and the friends of a dead person. Please hear it attentively. ॥ 7-2-27 ॥

इस प्रसंग में प्राचीन इतिहास से एक उदाहरण दिया गया है। इसमें यमराज तथा मृत व्यक्ति के मित्रों के मध्य की वार्ता निहित है। कृपया इसे ध्यानपूर्वक सुनिये। ॥ ७-२-२७ ॥
