चतुर्थमपि वै मासं द्वादशे द्वादशेऽहनि । वायुभक्षो जितश्वासो ध्यायन् देवमधारयत् ॥ ४-८-७५ ॥
In the fourth month Dhruva Mahārāja became a complete master of the breathing exercise, and thus he inhaled air only every twelfth day. In this way he became completely fixed in his position and worshiped the Supreme Personality of Godhead. ॥ 4-8-75 ॥
english translation
चौथे महीने में ध्रुव महाराज प्राणायाम में पटु हो गये और इस प्रकार प्रत्येक बारहवें दिन वायु को श्वास से भीतर ले जाते। इस प्रकार अपने स्थान पर पूर्ण रूप से स्थिर होकर उन्होंने भगवान् की पूजा की। ॥ ४-८-७५ ॥
