Srimad Bhagavatam
आह्वयन्तमिवोद्धस्तैर्द्विजान् कामदुघैर्द्रुमैः । व्रजन्तमिव मातङ्गैर्गृणन्तमिव निर्झरैः ॥ ४-६-१३ ॥
There are tall trees with straight branches that appear to call the sweet birds, and when herds of elephants pass through the hills, it appears that the Kailāsa Hill moves with them. When the waterfalls resound, it appears that Kailāsa Hill does also. ॥ 4-6-13 ॥
english translation
वहाँ पर सीधी शाखाओं वाले ऊँचे-ऊँचे वृक्ष हैं, जो मधुर पक्षियों को बुलाते प्रतीत होते हैं और जब हाथियों के झुंड पर्वतों के पास से गुजरते हैं, तो ऐसा प्रतीत होता है मानो कैलास पर्वत उनके साथ-साथ चल रहा है। जब झरनों की प्रतिध्वनि सुनाई पड़ती है, तो ऐसा प्रतीत होता है मानो कैलास पर्वत भी सुर में सुर मिला रहा हो। ॥ ४-६-१३ ॥
