सर्वत्रास्खलितादेशः सप्तद्वीपैकदण्डधृक् । अन्यत्र ब्राह्मणकुलादन्यत्राच्युतगोत्रतः ।। ४-२१-१२ ।।

sanskrit

Mahārāja Pṛthu was an unrivaled king and possessed the scepter for ruling all the seven islands on the surface of the globe. No one could disobey his irrevocable orders but the saintly persons, the brāhmaṇas and the descendants of the Supreme Personality of Godhead [the Vaiṣṇavas]. ।। 4-21-12 ।।

english translation

महाराज पृथु चक्रवर्ती राजा थे और इस भूमण्डल के सातों द्वीपों पर शासन करने के लिए राजदण्ड धारण करने वाले थे। उनके अटल आदेश का उल्लंघन साधु-जनों, ब्राह्मणों और वैष्णवों के अतिरिक्त कोई नहीं कर सकता था। ।। ४-२१-१२ ‌।।
