तथापरे च सर्वत्र सारमाददते बुधाः । ततोऽन्ये च यथाकामं दुदुहुः पृथुभाविताम् ॥ ४-१८-१३ ॥

sanskrit

Others, who were as intelligent as King Pṛthu, also took the essence out of the earthly planet. Indeed, everyone took this opportunity to follow in the footsteps of King Pṛthu and get whatever he desired from the planet earth. ॥ 4-18-13 ॥

english translation

अन्य लोगों ने, जो महाराज पृथु के ही समान बुद्धिमान थे, पृथ्वी में से सार निकाल लिया। निस्सन्देह, प्रत्येक व्यक्ति ने राजा पृथु के पद-चिह्नों का अनुसरण करते हुए इस अवसर का लाभ उठाया और पृथ्वी से अपनी मनोवाञ्छित वस्तुएँ प्राप्त कीं। ॥ ४-१८-१३ ॥
