एवमुग्रश्रवाः पृष्टः ऋषिभिर्नैमिषायनैः । भगवत्यर्पिताध्यात्मस्तानाह श्रूयतामिति ॥ ३-२०-७ ।।
On being asked to speak by the great sages of Naimiṣāraṇya, the son of Romaharṣaṇa, Sūta Gosvāmī, whose mind was absorbed in the transcendental pastimes of the Lord, said: Please hear what I shall now speak. ॥ 3-20-7 ।।
english translation
नैमिषारण्य के ऋषियों द्वारा इस प्रकार पूछे जाने पर रोमहर्षण के पुत्र सूत गोस्वामी ने, जिनका मन भगवान् की दिव्य लीलाओं में लीन था, कहा—अब जो मैं कहता हूँ, कृपया उसे सुनें। ॥ ३-२०-७ ।।
