Srimad Bhagavatam
धर्मः स्तनाद्दक्षिणतो यत्र नारायणः स्वयम् । अधर्मः पृष्ठतो यस्मान्मृत्युर्लोकभयङ्करः ॥ ३-१२-२५ ॥
Religion was manifested from the breast of Brahmā, wherein is seated the Supreme Personality of Godhead Nārāyaṇa, and irreligion appeared from his back, where horrible death takes place for the living entity. ॥ 3-12-25 ॥
english translation
धर्म ब्रह्मा के वक्षस्थल से प्रकट हुआ जहाँ पर पूर्ण पुरुषोत्तम भगवान् नारायण आसीन हैं और अधर्म उनकी पीठ से प्रकट हुआ जहाँ जीव के लिए भयावह मृत्यु उत्पन्न होती है। ॥ ३-१२-२५ ॥
