नित्यदा सर्वभूतानां ब्रह्मादीनां परन्तप । उत्पत्तिप्रलयावेके सूक्ष्मज्ञाः सम्प्रचक्षते ॥ १२-४-३५ ॥
Experts in the subtle workings of nature, O subduer of the enemy, have declared that there are continuous processes of creation and annihilation that all created beings, beginning with Brahmā, constantly undergo. ॥ 12-4-35 ॥

हे शत्रु के वश में करने वाले, प्रकृति की सूक्ष्म कार्यप्रणाली के विशेषज्ञों ने घोषणा की है कि सृजन और विनाश की निरंतर प्रक्रियाएँ होती हैं जिनसे ब्रह्मा से लेकर सभी निर्मित प्राणी लगातार गुजरते हैं। ॥ १२-४-३५ ॥
