न हि सत्यस्य नानात्वमविद्वान् यदि मन्यते । नानात्वं छिद्रयोर्यद्वज्ज्योतिषोर्वातयोरिव ।। १२-४-३० ।।

sanskrit

There is no material duality in the Absolute Truth. The duality perceived by an ignorant person is like the difference between the sky contained in an empty pot and the sky outside the pot, or the difference between the reflection of the sun in water and the sun itself in the sky, or the difference between the vital air within one living body and that within another body. ।। 12-4-30 ।।

english translation

परम सत्य में कोई भौतिक द्वैत नहीं है। एक अज्ञानी व्यक्ति को जो द्वैत दिखाई देता है, वह खाली घड़े में मौजूद आकाश और घड़े के बाहर के आकाश के बीच के अंतर के समान है, या पानी में सूर्य के प्रतिबिंब और आकाश में सूर्य के प्रतिबिंब के बीच के अंतर के समान है। एक जीवित शरीर के भीतर और दूसरे शरीर के भीतर प्राणवायु। ।। १२-४-३० ।।
