यथा जलधरा व्योम्नि भवन्ति न भवन्ति च । ब्रह्मणीदं तथा विश्वमवयव्युदयाप्ययात् ॥ १२-४-२६ ॥
Just as clouds in the sky come into being and are then dispersed by the amalgamation and dissolution of their constituent elements, this material universe is created and destroyed within the Absolute Truth by the amalgamation and dissolution of its elemental, constituent parts. ॥ 12-4-26 ॥

जिस प्रकार आकाश में बादल अपने घटक तत्वों के सम्मिलन और विघटन से बनते और फिर बिखर जाते हैं, उसी प्रकार यह भौतिक ब्रह्मांड अपने मूल, घटक भागों के सम्मिलन और विघटन से परम सत्य के भीतर निर्मित और नष्ट हो जाता है। ॥ १२-४-२६ ॥
