पाद्यादीनुपकल्प्याथ सन्निधाप्य समाहितः । हृदादिभिः कृतन्यासो मूलमन्त्रेण चार्चयेत् ।। ११-३-५१ ।।

sanskrit

The devotee should then place the Deity in His proper place, both physically and within his own mind, concentrate his attention, and mark the Deity’s heart and other parts of the body with tilaka. Then he should offer worship with the appropriate mantra. ।। 11-3-51 ।।

english translation

फिर भक्त को देवता को उसके उचित स्थान पर, शारीरिक रूप से और अपने मन में, स्थापित करना चाहिए, अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए, और देवता के हृदय और शरीर के अन्य हिस्सों को तिलक से चिह्नित करना चाहिए। फिर उचित मंत्र से पूजा करनी चाहिए। ।। ११-३-५१ ।।

साङ्गोपाङ्गां सपार्षदां तां तां मूर्तिं स्वमन्त्रतः । पाद्यार्घ्याचमनीयाद्यैः स्नानवासोविभूषणैः ।। ११-३-५२ ।।

sanskrit

One should worship the Deity along with each of the limbs of His transcendental body, His weapons such as the Sudarśana cakra, His other bodily features and His personal associates. One should worship each of these transcendental aspects of the Lord by its own mantra and with offerings of water to wash the feet, scented water, water to wash the mouth, water for bathing, fine clothing and ornaments, ।। 11-3-52 ।।

english translation

व्यक्ति को देवता के दिव्य शरीर के प्रत्येक अंग, उनके सुदर्शन चक्र जैसे हथियारों, उनकी अन्य शारीरिक विशेषताओं और उनके व्यक्तिगत सहयोगियों की पूजा करनी चाहिए। व्यक्ति को भगवान के इन दिव्य पहलुओं में से प्रत्येक की उसके अपने मंत्र द्वारा पूजा करनी चाहिए और पैर धोने के लिए जल, सुगंधित जल, मुंह धोने के लिए जल, स्नान के लिए जल, अच्छे वस्त्र और आभूषण चढ़ाकर पूजा करनी चाहिए। ।। ११-३-५२ ।।

गन्धमाल्याक्षतस्रग्भिर्धूपदीपोपहारकैः । साङ्गं सम्पूज्य विधिवत्स्तवैः स्तुत्वा नमेद्धरिम् ।। ११-३-५३ ।।

sanskrit

fragrant oils, valuable necklaces, unbroken barleycorns, flower garlands, incense and lamps. Having thus completed the worship in all its aspects in accordance with the prescribed regulations, one should then honor the Deity of Lord Hari with prayers and offer obeisances to Him by bowing down. ।। 11-3-53 ।।

english translation

सुगंधित तेल, बहुमूल्य हार, अखंडित जौ के दाने, फूलों की माला, धूप और दीप। इस प्रकार विधि-विधान के अनुसार सभी प्रकार से पूजा पूरी करने के बाद, मनुष्य को प्रार्थनाओं के साथ भगवान हरि के विग्रह का सम्मान करना चाहिए और उन्हें झुककर प्रणाम करना चाहिए। ।। ११-३-५३ ।।

आत्मानं तन्मयं ध्यायन् मूर्तिं सम्पूजयेद्धरेः । शेषामाधाय शिरसि स्वधाम्न्युद्वास्य सत्कृतम् ।। ११-३-५४ ।।

sanskrit

The worshiper should become fully absorbed in meditating upon himself as an eternal servant of the Lord and should thus perfectly worship the Deity, remembering that the Deity is also situated within his heart. Then he should take the remnants of the Deity’s paraphernalia, such as flower garlands, upon his head and respectfully put the Deity back in His own place, thus concluding the worship. ।। 11-3-54 ।।

english translation

उपासक को भगवान के शाश्वत सेवक के रूप में स्वयं का ध्यान करने में पूरी तरह से लीन हो जाना चाहिए और इस प्रकार देवता की पूरी तरह से पूजा करनी चाहिए, यह याद रखते हुए कि देवता भी उसके हृदय में स्थित हैं। फिर उसे देवता की सामग्री के अवशेष, जैसे फूल माला, अपने सिर पर लेना चाहिए और सम्मानपूर्वक देवता को अपने स्थान पर वापस रखना चाहिए, इस प्रकार पूजा समाप्त करनी चाहिए। ।। ११-३-५४ ।।

एवमग्न्यर्कतोयादावतिथौ हृदये च यः । यजतीश्वरमात्मानमचिरान्मुच्यते हि सः ।। ११-३-५५ ।।

sanskrit

Thus the worshiper of the Supreme Lord should recognize that the Personality of Godhead is all-pervading and should worship Him through His presence in fire, the sun, water and other elements, in the heart of the guest one receives in one’s home, and also in one’s own heart. In this way the worshiper will very soon achieve liberation. ।। 11-3-55 ।।

english translation

इस प्रकार सर्वोच्च भगवान के उपासक को यह पहचानना चाहिए कि भगवान का व्यक्तित्व सर्वव्यापी है और उन्हें अग्नि, सूर्य, जल और अन्य तत्वों में, अपने घर में आने वाले अतिथि के हृदय में, और उनकी उपस्थिति के माध्यम से भी उनकी पूजा करनी चाहिए। अपने ही दिल में. इस प्रकार पूजा करने वाले को शीघ्र ही मुक्ति प्राप्त होगी। ।। ११-३-५५ ।।
