कामिनः कृपणा लुब्धाः पुष्पेषु फलबुद्धयः । अग्निमुग्धा धूमतान्ताः स्वं लोकं न विदन्ति ते ॥ ११-२१-२७ ॥
Those who are full of lust, avarice and greed mistake mere flowers to be the actual fruit of life. Bewildered by the glare of fire and suffocated by its smoke, they cannot recognize their own true identity. ॥ 11-21-27 ॥
english translation
जो लोग वासना, लोभ और लालच से भरे हुए हैं वे मात्र फूलों को ही जीवन का वास्तविक फल समझ लेते हैं। आग की चकाचौंध से हतप्रभ और उसके धुएं से दम घुटने के कारण, वे अपनी असली पहचान नहीं पहचान पाते। ॥ ११-२१-२७ ॥
