रत्नानां पद्मरागोऽस्मि पद्मकोशः सुपेशसाम् । कुशोऽस्मि दर्भजातीनां गव्यमाज्यं हविःष्वहम् ॥ ११-१६-३० ॥
Among jewels I am the ruby, and among beautiful things I am the lotus cup. Among all types of grass I am the sacred kuśa, and of oblations I am ghee and other ingredients obtained from the cow. ॥ 11-16-30 ॥

रत्नों में मैं माणिक हूँ, और सुन्दर वस्तुओं में मैं कमल का प्याला हूँ। सभी प्रकार की घासों में मैं पवित्र कुश हूं, और हव्यों में मैं घी और गाय से प्राप्त अन्य सामग्रियां हूं। ॥ ११-१६-३० ॥
