अहं गतिर्गतिमतां कालः कलयतामहम् । गुणानां चाप्यहं साम्यं गुणिन्यौत्पत्तिको गुणः ।। ११-१६-१० ।।

sanskrit

I am the ultimate goal of all those seeking progress, and I am time among those who exert control. I am the equilibrium of the modes of material nature, and I am natural virtue among the pious. ।। 11-16-10 ।।

english translation

मैं उन सभी लोगों का अंतिम लक्ष्य हूं जो प्रगति चाहते हैं, और मैं उन लोगों में से समय हूं जो नियंत्रण रखते हैं। मैं भौतिक प्रकृति के गुणों का संतुलन हूं, और मैं पवित्र लोगों के बीच प्राकृतिक गुण हूं। ।। ११-१६-१० ।।
