यथाग्निना हेम मलं जहाति ध्मातं पुनः स्वं भजते च रूपम् । आत्मा च कर्मानुशयं विधूय मद्भक्तियोगेन भजत्यथो माम् ॥ ११-१४-२५ ॥
Just as gold, when smelted in fire, gives up its impurities and returns to its pure brilliant state, similarly, the spirit soul, absorbed in the fire of bhakti-yoga, is purified of all contamination caused by previous fruitive activities and returns to its original position of serving Me in the spiritual world. ॥ 11-14-25 ॥

जिस प्रकार आग में गलाने पर सोना अपनी अशुद्धियाँ त्याग देता है और अपनी शुद्ध चमकदार अवस्था में लौट आता है, उसी प्रकार, भक्ति-योग की अग्नि में लीन आत्मा, पिछले सकाम कर्मों के कारण होने वाले सभी प्रदूषण से शुद्ध हो जाती है और अपने शुद्ध रूप में लौट आती है। आध्यात्मिक जगत में मेरी सेवा करने की मूल स्थिति। ॥ ११-१४-२५ ॥
