श्रुत्वामोघं विप्रशापं दृष्ट्वा च मुसलं नृप । विस्मिता भयसन्त्रस्ता बभूवुर्द्वारकौकसः ।। ११-१-२० ।।

sanskrit

O King Parīkṣit, when the inhabitants of Dvārakā heard of the infallible curse of the brāhmaṇas and saw the club, they were astonished and distraught with fear. ।। 11-1-20 ।।

english translation

हे राजा परीक्षित, जब द्वारका के निवासियों ने ब्राह्मणों के अचूक श्राप के बारे में सुना और गदा देखी, तो वे आश्चर्यचकित हो गए और भय से व्याकुल हो गए। ।। ११-१-२० ।।
