तस्मिन्नावरणे भूयो वृषेन्द्रं पुरतो यजेत् ॥ नंदिनं दक्षिणे तस्य महाकालं तथोत्तरे ॥ १६ ॥
On that covering, one should again worship the lord of the bulls in front of him. Nandi on the south and Mahakala on the north.

शास्तारं वह्निदिक्पत्रे मात्ःर्दक्षिणदिग्दले ॥ गजास्यं नैरृते पत्रे षण्मुखं वारुणे पुनः ॥ १७ ॥
The ruler is placed on a leaf in the direction of fire, and the mother is placed on a leaf in the southern direction. The face of an elephant is on the southwest leaf and the six faces are on the Varuna.

ज्येष्ठां वायुदले गौरीमुत्तरे चंडमैश्वरे ॥ शास्तृनन्दीशयोर्मध्ये मुनीन्द्रं वृषभं यजेत् ॥ १८ ॥
The eldest daughter was Gaurī in the air, and Chaṇḍa in the north. Between the śāstra and Nandiśa one should worship the bull, the lord of sages.

महाकालस्योत्तरतः पिंगलं तु समर्चयेत् ॥ शास्तृमातृसमूहस्य मध्ये भृंगीश्वरं ततः ॥ १९ ॥
He shall worship Piṅgala to the north of Mahākāla. Then he shall worship Bhrṅgīśvara in the middle of Śāstra and Mātṛ group.

मातृविघ्नेशमध्ये तु वीरभद्रं समर्चयेत् ॥ स्कन्दविघ्नेशयोर्मध्ये यजेद्देवीं सरस्वतीम् ॥ २० ॥
He shall worship Vīrabhadra in between the Mātṛs and Vighneśa. He shall worship goddess Sarasvatī in between Skanda and Vighneśa.
