न पुनश्चक्रवर्ती स्याच्छिवधर्माधिकारवान् ॥ तस्माच्च्छिवाश्रितो भूत्वा येन केनापि हेतुना ॥ ३१ ॥
He will never again become the emperor and have the right to the religious duties of Lord Śiva. Therefore, for whatever reason, take refuge in Lord Shiva.
english translation
na punazcakravartI syAcchivadharmAdhikAravAn ॥ tasmAccchivAzrito bhUtvA yena kenApi hetunA ॥ 31 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिवधर्मे मतिं कुर्याच्छ्रेयसे चेत्कृतोद्यमः ॥ नात्र निर्बंधयिष्यामो वयं केचन केनचित् ॥ ३२ ॥
If one is determined to achieve the highest good, one should fix his mind on the religious duties of Lord Śiva. We will not restrict any of us here by any means.

zivadharme matiM kuryAcchreyase cetkRtodyamaH ॥ nAtra nirbaMdhayiSyAmo vayaM kecana kenacit ॥ 32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिर्बन्धेभ्यो ऽतिवादेभ्यः प्रकृत्यैतन्न रोचते ॥ रोचते वा परेभ्यस्तु पुण्यसंस्कारगौरवात् ॥ ३३ ॥
This is not naturally pleasing to the restrictive and excessive arguments. Or does it please others out of respect for the pious rituals.

nirbandhebhyo 'tivAdebhyaH prakRtyaitanna rocate ॥ rocate vA parebhyastu puNyasaMskAragauravAt ॥ 33 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसंसारकारणं येषां न प्ररोढुमलं भवेत् ॥ प्रकृत्यनुगुणं तस्माद्विमृश्यैतदशेषतः ॥ ३४ ॥
The cause of material existence is the impurity of those who do not grow up. Therefore consider this in detail according to nature.

saMsArakAraNaM yeSAM na praroDhumalaM bhavet ॥ prakRtyanuguNaM tasmAdvimRzyaitadazeSataH ॥ 34 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिवधर्मे ऽधिकुर्वीत यदीच्छेच्छिवमात्मनः ॥ ३५ ॥
If one desires Lord Śiva for himself he should practice the religion of Lord Śiva.
