Shiva Purana
संसारकारणं येषां न प्ररोढुमलं भवेत् ॥ प्रकृत्यनुगुणं तस्माद्विमृश्यैतदशेषतः ॥ ३४ ॥
The cause of material existence is the impurity of those who do not grow up. Therefore consider this in detail according to nature.
