एवं वृत्तसमोपेता वाङ्मनःकायकर्मभिः ॥ शोध्या बोध्या यथान्यायमिति शास्त्रेषु निश्चयः ॥ ६१ ॥
Thus she is equipped with the characteristics of speech, mind and body. It is concluded in the scriptures that one should be purified and understood according to law.

evaM vRttasamopetA vAGmanaHkAyakarmabhiH ॥ zodhyA bodhyA yathAnyAyamiti zAstreSu nizcayaH ॥ 61 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनाधिकारः स्वतो नार्याः शिवसंस्कारकर्मणि ॥ नियोगाद्भर्तुरस्त्येव भक्तियुक्ता यदीश्वरे ॥ ६२ ॥
Women by themselves are not authorised in Śaivite consecration. If they are devoted to the lord they can be consecrated at the instance of their husbands.

nAdhikAraH svato nAryAH zivasaMskArakarmaNi ॥ niyogAdbharturastyeva bhaktiyuktA yadIzvare ॥ 62 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथैव भर्तृहीनाया पुत्रादेरभ्यनुज्ञया ॥ अधिकारो भवत्येव कन्यायाः पितुराज्ञया ॥ शूद्राणां मर्त्यजातीनां पतितानां विशेषतः ॥ ६३ ॥
Similarly, if a woman is deprived of her husband, she must have her sons and other relatives with her permission. The rights of the daughter are always granted by the order of her father. Especially among the śūdras, who have fallen into the race of mortals.

tathaiva bhartRhInAyA putrAderabhyanujJayA ॥ adhikAro bhavatyeva kanyAyAH piturAjJayA ॥ zUdrANAM martyajAtInAM patitAnAM vizeSataH ॥ 63 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथा संकरजातीनां नाध्वशुद्धिर्विधीयते ॥ तैप्यकृत्रिमभावश्चेच्छिवे परमकारणे ॥ ६४ ॥
Similarly, the purification of the road is not prescribed for hybrids. If there is no artificial feeling, then Lord Śiva is the supreme cause.

tathA saMkarajAtInAM nAdhvazuddhirvidhIyate ॥ taipyakRtrimabhAvazcecchive paramakAraNe ॥ 64 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपादोदकप्रदानाद्यैः कुर्युः पापविशोधनम् ॥ अत्रानुलोमजाता ये युक्ता एव द्विजातिषु ॥ ६५ ॥
They should cleanse themselves of their sins by offering water for their feet. Those who are born in this world are considered to be born in the brāhmaṇas.

pAdodakapradAnAdyaiH kuryuH pApavizodhanam ॥ atrAnulomajAtA ye yuktA eva dvijAtiSu ॥ 65 ॥
