वाच्यवाचकभावो ऽयमनादिसंस्थितस्तयोः ॥ यथा ऽनादिप्रवृत्तोयं घोरसंसारसागरः ॥ ११ ॥
This state of being the expressive and the expressed is beginningless inasmuch as this terrible ocean of worldly existence functions without a beginning.
english translation
vAcyavAcakabhAvo 'yamanAdisaMsthitastayoH ॥ yathA 'nAdipravRttoyaM ghorasaMsArasAgaraH ॥ 11 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशिवो ऽपि हि तथानादिसंसारान्मोचकः स्थितः ॥ व्याधीनां भेषजं यद्वत्प्रतिपक्षः स्वभावतः ॥ १२ ॥
Similarly Lord Śiva is situated as the liberator from the beginning of material existence Just as the opposite is by nature the cure for diseases.
english translation
zivo 'pi hi tathAnAdisaMsArAnmocakaH sthitaH ॥ vyAdhInAM bheSajaM yadvatpratipakSaH svabhAvataH ॥ 12 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतद्वत्संसारदोषाणां प्रतिपक्षः शिवस्स्मृतः ॥ असत्यस्मिन् जगन्नाथे तमोभूतमिदं भवेत् ॥ १३ ॥
Similarly, Lord Śiva is considered to be the counterpart of the evils of this world. O Lord of the universe this world will become dark in this untruth.

tadvatsaMsAradoSANAM pratipakSaH zivassmRtaH ॥ asatyasmin jagannAthe tamobhUtamidaM bhavet ॥ 13 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअचेतनत्वात्प्रकृतेरज्ञत्वात्पुरषस्य च ॥ प्रधानपरमाण्वादि यावत्किंचिदचेतनम् ॥ १४ ॥
Because of the unconsciousness of nature and the ignorance of the soul As far as anything unconscious, such as the principal atom.

acetanatvAtprakRterajJatvAtpuraSasya ca ॥ pradhAnaparamANvAdi yAvatkiMcidacetanam ॥ 14 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptन तत्कर्तृ स्वयं दृष्टं बुद्धिमत्कारणं विना ॥ धर्माधर्मोपदेशश्च बंधमोक्षौ विचारणात् ॥ १५ ॥
It is not seen by the doer himself without an intelligent cause From the consideration of the precepts of religion and irreligion bondage and liberation.

na tatkartR svayaM dRSTaM buddhimatkAraNaM vinA ॥ dharmAdharmopadezazca baMdhamokSau vicAraNAt ॥ 15 ॥
