अयन्धाता विधाता च लोकानां प्रभुरीश्वरः ।। अनादिः शरणः शान्तः पुरः षड्विंशसंमितः ।। ११ ।।

He is the creator, the maintainer and the lord of the worlds. He is the primordial being, the lord and the refuge of all. He is calm and higher than the twenty-six principles.

ayandhAtA vidhAtA ca lokAnAM prabhurIzvaraH || anAdiH zaraNaH zAntaH puraH SaDviMzasaMmitaH || 11 ||

सर्वज्ञः सर्वयोगीशस्सर्वभूतैकनायकः ।। सर्वभूतान्तरात्मायं सर्वेषां सर्वदः सदा ।। १२।।

He is omniscient, the lord of all Yogins, the sole leader of all Beings, the inner Ātman of all living creatures and the bestower of everything to everyone always.

sarvajJaH sarvayogIzassarvabhUtaikanAyakaH || sarvabhUtAntarAtmAyaM sarveSAM sarvadaH sadA || 12||

ये विनिद्रा विनिश्वासाः शान्ता ध्यानपरायणाः ।। । धिया पश्यंति हृदये सोयं पद्मे समीक्षताम् ।। १३ ।।

O Lakṣmī, see, he is that lord whom the quiet wakeful people, engrossed in breathless meditation, see in their heart of hearts through their mind.

ye vinidrA vinizvAsAH zAntA dhyAnaparAyaNAH || | dhiyA pazyaMti hRdaye soyaM padme samIkSatAm || 13 ||

यं विदुर्व्वेदतत्त्वज्ञा योगिनो यतमानसाः ।। अरूपो रूपवान्भूत्वा सोऽयमायाति सर्वगः ।। १४ ।।

Here he comes, the all-pervasive who is without form but has assumed a form (now) and whom only the Yogins of restrained mind, the knowers of the principles of the Vedas, understand.

yaM vidurvvedatattvajJA yogino yatamAnasAH || arUpo rUpavAnbhUtvA so'yamAyAti sarvagaH || 14 ||

अहो विचित्रं देवस्य चेष्टितम्परमेष्ठिनः ।। यस्याख्यां ब्रुवतो नित्यं न देहः सोऽपि देहभृत् ।। १५ ।।

Oh, wonderful indeed is the activity of the lord Śiva, for he who repeats his names is freed from the bondage of the body that he has taken then.

aho vicitraM devasya ceSTitamparameSThinaH || yasyAkhyAM bruvato nityaM na dehaH so'pi dehabhRt || 15 ||
