Shiva Purana
विधिः संभावयेद्यावत्तावत्स त्रिविलोचनः ॥ दृष्टः क्षणेन च महापुरुषो नीललोहितः ॥ ४० ॥
The method should be conceived as long as he is three-eyed. In an instant a great man of blue and red appeared.
