Shiva Purana
कियता चैव कालेन तदासौ जनकः स मे॥ यज्ञांगणं चकर्षाशु यज्ञार्थं यज्ञवित्तमः॥ ३७॥
After a short while, my father, the foremost among those who knew the sacrificial rites, ordered for the construction of the sacrificial altar for the performance of sacrifice.
english translation
kiyatA caiva kAlena tadAsau janakaH sa me॥ yajJAMgaNaM cakarSAzu yajJArthaM yajJavittamaH॥ 37॥
