त्वं न जानासि वै रुद्रं सर्वदेवेश्वरेश्वरम् ॥ ब्रह्मविष्णुमहेशानां जनकम्प्रकृतेः परम्॥ ३०॥

You do not know Śiva, lord of the chiefs of gods, the father and progenitor of Brahmā, Viṣṇu and Maheśa and greater than Prakṛti.
