नन्दीश्वर उवाच ॥ इति तस्य समुत्पत्तिं तत्पितुः संगरे मृतिम् ॥ तन्मातृमरणं ग्राहात्सर्वं तस्य न्यवेदयत्॥ ४०॥

sanskrit

Nandīśvara said:— Thus he narrated to her all the details, the manner of his birth, the death of his father in the battle and that of his mother due to the crocodile.

english translation

nandIzvara uvAca ॥ iti tasya samutpattiM tatpituH saMgare mRtim ॥ tanmAtRmaraNaM grAhAtsarvaM tasya nyavedayat॥ 40॥
