अच्छिन्ननाभिनालोयं रसायां केवलं शिशुः ॥ शेते मातृविहीनश्च क्रन्दंस्तेजस्विनां वरः ॥ १९॥

This infant whose umbilical cord has not been cut lies on the bare ground. He has no mother. He is weeping but he is very brilliant.

english translation

acchinnanAbhinAloyaM rasAyAM kevalaM zizuH ॥ zete mAtRvihInazca krandaMstejasvinAM varaH ॥ 19॥
