इन्द्र उवाच ।। पृच्छमानोऽपि रे मूढ नोत्तरं दत्तवानसि ।। अतस्त्वां हन्मि वज्रेण कस्ते त्रातास्ति दुर्मते ।। १५ ।।

Indra said:— O you fool, even though I am asking, you are not giving me any answer. Hence I am going so kill you with my thunderbolt. O wicked fellow, who is there to protect you?

english translation

indra uvAca || pRcchamAno'pi re mUDha nottaraM dattavAnasi || atastvAM hanmi vajreNa kaste trAtAsti durmate || 15 ||
