इन्द्र उवाच ॥ पृच्छमानोऽपि रे मूढ नोत्तरं दत्तवानसि ॥ अतस्त्वां हन्मि वज्रेण कस्ते त्रातास्ति दुर्मते ॥ १५ ॥

sanskrit

Indra said:— O you fool, even though I am asking, you are not giving me any answer. Hence I am going so kill you with my thunderbolt. O wicked fellow, who is there to protect you?

english translation

indra uvAca ॥ pRcchamAno'pi re mUDha nottaraM dattavAnasi ॥ atastvAM hanmi vajreNa kaste trAtAsti durmate ॥ 15 ॥
