Shiva Purana
अग्नीश्वरं समभ्यर्च्य काश्यां सर्वसमृद्धिदम् ॥ अन्यत्रापि मृतो दैवाद्वह्निलोके महीयते ॥ ५६॥
A person who worships Agnīśvara, the bestower of prosperity, at Vārāṇasī, is honoured in the region of fire even if, by chance, he dies elsewhere.
english translation
agnIzvaraM samabhyarcya kAzyAM sarvasamRddhidam ॥ anyatrApi mRto daivAdvahniloke mahIyate ॥ 56॥
