शास्ता शेषस्य जगतस्तत्त्वं नैव चतुर्मुखः ।। नान्ये च केवलं शम्भुस्सर्वशास्ता न संशयः।। ६१।।

sanskrit

You and the four-faced Brahmā are not the rulers of the world. Nor any one else is the ruler. Śiva is certainly the ruler of all.

english translation

zAstA zeSasya jagatastattvaM naiva caturmukhaH || nAnye ca kevalaM zambhussarvazAstA na saMzayaH|| 61||
