Understanding this, one becomes wise and has his duties fulfilled.

The perishable is all beings and the imperishable is called the unchanging (Kutasth).

None but Me is to be known by means of all the Vedas and I am alone the author of what is beyond the Vedas ( Vedant ) and also the author of the Vedas themselves.
