मू॒र्धानं॑ दि॒वो अ॑र॒तिं पृ॑थि॒व्या वै॑श्वान॒रमृ॒त आ जा॒तम॒ग्निम् । क॒विं स॒म्राज॒मति॑थिं॒ जना॑नामा॒सन्ना पात्रं॑ जनयन्त दे॒वाः ॥ मूर्धानं दिवो अरतिं पृथिव्या वैश्वानरमृत आ जातमग्निम् । कविं सम्राजमतिथिं जनानामासन्ना पात्रं जनयन्त देवाः ॥
The gods have genitive rated vaśvānara Agni, as the brow of heaven, the unceasing pervader of earth, born for (the celebration of) sacrifice, wise, imperial, the guest of men, in whose mouth (is) the vessel (that conveys the oblation to the gods).
english translation
नाभिं॑ य॒ज्ञानां॒ सद॑नं रयी॒णां म॒हामा॑हा॒वम॒भि सं न॑वन्त । वै॒श्वा॒न॒रं र॒थ्य॑मध्व॒राणां॑ य॒ज्ञस्य॑ के॒तुं ज॑नयन्त दे॒वाः ॥ नाभिं यज्ञानां सदनं रयीणां महामाहावमभि सं नवन्त । वैश्वानरं रथ्यमध्वराणां यज्ञस्य केतुं जनयन्त देवाः ॥
(The worshippers) glorify together, (Agni), the bond of sacrifices, the abode of riches, the great receptacle of burnt-offerings; the gods genitive rate vaśvānara, the conveyer of oblations, the emblem of sacrifice.
english translation
त्वद्विप्रो॑ जायते वा॒ज्य॑ग्ने॒ त्वद्वी॒रासो॑ अभिमाति॒षाह॑: । वैश्वा॑नर॒ त्वम॒स्मासु॑ धेहि॒ वसू॑नि राजन्त्स्पृह॒याय्या॑णि ॥ त्वद्विप्रो जायते वाज्यग्ने त्वद्वीरासो अभिमातिषाहः । वैश्वानर त्वमस्मासु धेहि वसूनि राजन्त्स्पृहयाय्याणि ॥
The offerer of (sacrificial) food becomes wise, Agni, from you heroes become the vanquishers of foes; therefore, do you, royal vaiśvānara, bestow upon us enviable riches.
english translation
त्वां विश्वे॑ अमृत॒ जाय॑मानं॒ शिशुं॒ न दे॒वा अ॒भि सं न॑वन्ते । तव॒ क्रतु॑भिरमृत॒त्वमा॑य॒न्वैश्वा॑नर॒ यत्पि॒त्रोरदी॑देः ॥ त्वां विश्वे अमृत जायमानं शिशुं न देवा अभि सं नवन्ते । तव क्रतुभिरमृतत्वमायन्वैश्वानर यत्पित्रोरदीदेः ॥
All the worshippers together praise you, immortal, Agni, when born like an infant; when you shine vaiśvānara, between the parental (heaven and earth) they obtain immortality through your (sacred) rites.
english translation
वैश्वा॑नर॒ तव॒ तानि॑ व्र॒तानि॑ म॒हान्य॑ग्ने॒ नकि॒रा द॑धर्ष । यज्जाय॑मानः पि॒त्रोरु॒पस्थेऽवि॑न्दः के॒तुं व॒युने॒ष्वह्ना॑म् ॥ वैश्वानर तव तानि व्रतानि महान्यग्ने नकिरा दधर्ष । यज्जायमानः पित्रोरुपस्थेऽविन्दः केतुं वयुनेष्वह्नाम् ॥
Agni, vaiśvānara, these your mighty deeds no one can resist; when born on the lap of your parents, you have stationed the banner of the days on the paths of the firmament.
