न ता मि॑नन्ति मा॒यिनो॒ न धीरा॑ व्र॒ता दे॒वानां॑ प्रथ॒मा ध्रु॒वाणि॑ । न रोद॑सी अ॒द्रुहा॑ वे॒द्याभि॒र्न पर्व॑ता नि॒नमे॑ तस्थि॒वांस॑: ॥ न ता मिनन्ति मायिनो न धीरा व्रता देवानां प्रथमा ध्रुवाणि । न रोदसी अद्रुहा वेद्याभिर्न पर्वता निनमे तस्थिवांसः ॥

Neither the deceptive nor the resolute interrupt the primitive and permanent operations of the gods, nor do the innocuous heaven and earth (interrupt them), nor are the mountains standing (on the earth) to be bowed down.

english translation

षड्भा॒राँ एको॒ अच॑रन्बिभर्त्यृ॒तं वर्षि॑ष्ठ॒मुप॒ गाव॒ आगु॑: । ति॒स्रो म॒हीरुप॑रास्तस्थु॒रत्या॒ गुहा॒ द्वे निहि॑ते॒ दर्श्येका॑ ॥ षड्भाराँ एको अचरन्बिभर्त्यृतं वर्षिष्ठमुप गाव आगुः । तिस्रो महीरुपरास्तस्थुरत्या गुहा द्वे निहिते दर्श्येका ॥

One stationary (year) sustains six burdens (in the season); the (solar) rays spread through that true and extensive (term); three revolving spheres are severally above, two of which are plural ced in secret, and one is visible.

त्रि॒पा॒ज॒स्यो वृ॑ष॒भो वि॒श्वरू॑प उ॒त त्र्यु॒धा पु॑रु॒ध प्र॒जावा॑न् । त्र्य॒नी॒कः प॑त्यते॒ माहि॑नावा॒न्त्स रे॑तो॒धा वृ॑ष॒भः शश्व॑तीनाम् ॥ त्रिपाजस्यो वृषभो विश्वरूप उत त्र्युधा पुरुध प्रजावान् । त्र्यनीकः पत्यते माहिनावान्त्स रेतोधा वृषभः शश्वतीनाम् ॥

The tree-breasted, the showerer (of rain), the omniform, the three-uddered, the parent of multiform progeny, the possessor of magnitude, followed by three hosts (the year), advances, the vigorous impregnator of the perpetual plants.

अ॒भीक॑ आसां पद॒वीर॑बोध्यादि॒त्याना॑मह्वे॒ चारु॒ नाम॑ । आप॑श्चिदस्मा अरमन्त दे॒वीः पृथ॒ग्व्रज॑न्ती॒: परि॑ षीमवृञ्जन् ॥ अभीक आसां पदवीरबोध्यादित्यानामह्वे चारु नाम । आपश्चिदस्मा अरमन्त देवीः पृथग्व्रजन्तीः परि षीमवृञ्जन् ॥

(The year) is awake, the path in the vicinity of those (plural nts); I call upon the beautiful name of the Ādityas; the divine waters wandering severally (now) give it delight, and (now) depart from it.

त्री ष॒धस्था॑ सिन्धव॒स्त्रिः क॑वी॒नामु॒त त्रि॑मा॒ता वि॒दथे॑षु स॒म्राट् । ऋ॒ताव॑री॒र्योष॑णास्ति॒स्रो अप्या॒स्त्रिरा दि॒वो वि॒दथे॒ पत्य॑मानाः ॥ त्री षधस्था सिन्धवस्त्रिः कवीनामुत त्रिमाता विदथेषु सम्राट् । ऋतावरीर्योषणास्तिस्रो अप्यास्त्रिरा दिवो विदथे पत्यमानाः ॥

Rivers, the dwelling-plural ces of the intelligent gods are thrice three; the measurer of the three (worlds) is the sovereign at sacrifices; three feminine le (divinities) of the waters charged with the rains descend from heaven at the thrice (repeated) solemnity.
