प्र दे॑व॒त्रा ब्रह्म॑णे गा॒तुरे॑त्व॒पो अच्छा॒ मन॑सो॒ न प्रयु॑क्ति । म॒हीं मि॒त्रस्य॒ वरु॑णस्य धा॒सिं पृ॑थु॒ज्रय॑से रीरधा सुवृ॒क्तिम् ॥ प्र देवत्रा ब्रह्मणे गातुरेत्वपो अच्छा मनसो न प्रयुक्ति । महीं मित्रस्य वरुणस्य धासिं पृथुज्रयसे रीरधा सुवृक्तिम् ॥
(Honoured) by adoration, let the advancing Soma approach the celestial waters like the celerity of themind; offer abundant (sacrificial) food, and perfect praise for the sake of Mitra and Varuṇa, and for (Indra) therapid mover.

अध्व॑र्यवो ह॒विष्म॑न्तो॒ हि भू॒ताच्छा॒प इ॑तोश॒तीरु॑शन्तः । अव॒ याश्चष्टे॑ अरु॒णः सु॑प॒र्णस्तमास्य॑ध्वमू॒र्मिम॒द्या सु॑हस्ताः ॥ अध्वर्यवो हविष्मन्तो हि भूताच्छाप इतोशतीरुशन्तः । अव याश्चष्टे अरुणः सुपर्णस्तमास्यध्वमूर्मिमद्या सुहस्ताः ॥
Priests, since you are charged with the libation, desiring (to present it), proceed to the waters desiring(to receive it), to those (waters) which the red hawk beholds descending (from the clouds); do you,dextrous-handed (priests), cast today that flood (of Soma) into (the consecrated water).

अध्व॑र्यवो॒ऽप इ॑ता समु॒द्रम॒पां नपा॑तं ह॒विषा॑ यजध्वम् । स वो॑ दददू॒र्मिम॒द्या सुपू॑तं॒ तस्मै॒ सोमं॒ मधु॑मन्तं सुनोत ॥ अध्वर्यवोऽप इता समुद्रमपां नपातं हविषा यजध्वम् । स वो दददूर्मिमद्या सुपूतं तस्मै सोमं मधुमन्तं सुनोत ॥
Go, priests, to the water, to the reservoir; worship the grandson of the waters with oblations; may hetoday give you the consecrated water, and do you pour forth to him the sweet-flavoured Soma.

यो अ॑नि॒ध्मो दीद॑यद॒प्स्व१॒॑न्तर्यं विप्रा॑स॒ ईळ॑ते अध्व॒रेषु॑ । अपां॑ नपा॒न्मधु॑मतीर॒पो दा॒ याभि॒रिन्द्रो॑ वावृ॒धे वी॒र्या॑य ॥ यो अनिध्मो दीदयदप्स्वन्तर्यं विप्रास ईळते अध्वरेषु । अपां नपान्मधुमतीरपो दा याभिरिन्द्रो वावृधे वीर्याय ॥
(He) who shines, without fuel, in the midst of the waters, he whom the pious worship at sacrifices,grandson of the waters, give us those sweet waters by which (mixed with the Soma), Indra is elevated to heroism.

याभि॒: सोमो॒ मोद॑ते॒ हर्ष॑ते च कल्या॒णीभि॑र्युव॒तिभि॒र्न मर्य॑: । ता अ॑ध्वर्यो अ॒पो अच्छा॒ परे॑हि॒ यदा॑सि॒ञ्चा ओष॑धीभिः पुनीतात् ॥ याभिः सोमो मोदते हर्षते च कल्याणीभिर्युवतिभिर्न मर्यः । ता अध्वर्यो अपो अच्छा परेहि यदासिञ्चा ओषधीभिः पुनीतात् ॥
Those waters with which Soma sports and delights as a man (sports) with elegant young damsels; doyou, priest, approach to obtain them; when you sprinkle them (in libation), purify (them with the filter) along with the plants.
