आप॒ इद्वा उ॑ भेष॒जीरापो॑ अमीव॒चात॑नीः । आप॒: सर्व॑स्य भेष॒जीस्तास्ते॑ कृण्वन्तु भेष॒जम् ॥ आप इद्वा उ भेषजीरापो अमीवचातनीः । आपः सर्वस्य भेषजीस्तास्ते कृण्वन्तु भेषजम् ॥
Waters verily are medicinal; waters are the dissipators of disease; waters are the medicines foreverything; may they act as medicine to you.
english translation
हस्ता॑भ्यां॒ दश॑शाखाभ्यां जि॒ह्वा वा॒चः पु॑रोग॒वी । अ॒ना॒म॒यि॒त्नुभ्यां॑ त्वा॒ ताभ्यां॒ त्वोप॑ स्पृशामसि ॥ हस्ताभ्यां दशशाखाभ्यां जिह्वा वाचः पुरोगवी । अनामयित्नुभ्यां त्वा ताभ्यां त्वोप स्पृशामसि ॥
The tongue (being cleansed) by the ten-branched hands (of Prajāpati is) the forerunner of speech;with those (hands) the removers of disease we touch you.
