उ॒त दे॑वा॒ अव॑हितं॒ देवा॒ उन्न॑यथा॒ पुन॑: । उ॒ताग॑श्च॒क्रुषं॑ देवा॒ देवा॑ जी॒वय॑था॒ पुन॑: ॥ उत देवा अवहितं देवा उन्नयथा पुनः । उतागश्चक्रुषं देवा देवा जीवयथा पुनः ॥
Uta, the gods, raised the gods, raised up again. Utagaschakrusham devas devata live again. Or the gods, who have been destroyed, raised the gods again. Utaga, the demigods, and the demi gods, resumed their lives.

द्वावि॒मौ वातौ॑ वात॒ आ सिन्धो॒रा प॑रा॒वत॑: । दक्षं॑ ते अ॒न्य आ वा॑तु॒ परा॒न्यो वा॑तु॒ यद्रप॑: ॥ द्वाविमौ वातौ वात आ सिन्धोरा परावतः । दक्षं ते अन्य आ वातु परान्यो वातु यद्रपः ॥
These two winds blow to the regions which are far beyond the ocean; may the one bring you vigour,may the other blow away all evil.

आ वा॑त वाहि भेष॒जं वि वा॑त वाहि॒ यद्रप॑: । त्वं हि वि॒श्वभे॑षजो दे॒वानां॑ दू॒त ईय॑से ॥ आ वात वाहि भेषजं वि वात वाहि यद्रपः । त्वं हि विश्वभेषजो देवानां दूत ईयसे ॥
Breathe, wind, medicinal balm; blow away, wind, all evil; for you are the universal medicine, you move as the messenger of the gods.

आ त्वा॑गमं॒ शंता॑तिभि॒रथो॑ अरि॒ष्टता॑तिभिः । दक्षं॑ ते भ॒द्रमाभा॑र्षं॒ परा॒ यक्ष्मं॑ सुवामि ते ॥ आ त्वागमं शंतातिभिरथो अरिष्टतातिभिः । दक्षं ते भद्रमाभार्षं परा यक्ष्मं सुवामि ते ॥
(The wind speaks). I have come to you with plural asures and with protections; I have brought you fortunate vigour, I drive away your disease.

त्राय॑न्तामि॒ह दे॒वास्त्राय॑तां म॒रुतां॑ ग॒णः । त्राय॑न्ता्॒ विश्वा॑ भू॒तानि॒ यथा॒यम॑र॒पा अस॑त् ॥ त्रायन्तामिह देवास्त्रायतां मरुतां गणः । त्रायन्तां विश्वा भूतानि यथायमरपा असत् ॥
May the gods give (us) protection in this world, may the company of the Maruts protect us, may allbeings grant protection so that this (person) may be free from sin.
