इ॒दं ते॒ पात्रं॒ सन॑वित्तमिन्द्र॒ पिबा॒ सोम॑मे॒ना श॑तक्रतो । पू॒र्ण आ॑हा॒वो म॑दि॒रस्य॒ मध्वो॒ यं विश्व॒ इद॑भि॒हर्य॑न्ति दे॒वाः ॥ इदं ते पात्रं सनवित्तमिन्द्र पिबा सोममेना शतक्रतो । पूर्ण आहावो मदिरस्य मध्वो यं विश्व इदभिहर्यन्ति देवाः ॥
This your cup, Indra, has been long since provided by us, drink the Soma from it, Śatakratu; thegoblet is full of the sweet Soma, which all the gods desire.
english translation
वि हि त्वामि॑न्द्र पुरु॒धा जना॑सो हि॒तप्र॑यसो वृषभ॒ ह्वय॑न्ते । अ॒स्माकं॑ ते॒ मधु॑मत्तमानी॒मा भु॑व॒न्त्सव॑ना॒ तेषु॑ हर्य ॥ वि हि त्वामिन्द्र पुरुधा जनासो हितप्रयसो वृषभ ह्वयन्ते । अस्माकं ते मधुमत्तमानीमा भुवन्त्सवना तेषु हर्य ॥
Indra, showerer of benefits, men in several plural ces, offering acceptable food, invoke you; these oursacrifices to you are most full of the sweet (Soma); take pleasure in them.

प्र त॑ इन्द्र पू॒र्व्याणि॒ प्र नू॒नं वी॒र्या॑ वोचं प्रथ॒मा कृ॒तानि॑ । स॒ती॒नम॑न्युरश्रथायो॒ अद्रिं॑ सुवेद॒नाम॑कृणो॒र्ब्रह्म॑णे॒ गाम् ॥ प्र त इन्द्र पूर्व्याणि प्र नूनं वीर्या वोचं प्रथमा कृतानि । सतीनमन्युरश्रथायो अद्रिं सुवेदनामकृणोर्ब्रह्मणे गाम् ॥
I will proclaim now, Indra, your ancient first-achieved exploits; resolved to sent rain, you did cleave thecloud, you made the cow easily discoverable for the Brāhmaṇa.

नि षु सी॑द गणपते ग॒णेषु॒ त्वामा॑हु॒र्विप्र॑तमं कवी॒नाम् । न ऋ॒ते त्वत्क्रि॑यते॒ किं च॒नारे म॒हाम॒र्कं म॑घवञ्चि॒त्रम॑र्च ॥ नि षु सीद गणपते गणेषु त्वामाहुर्विप्रतमं कवीनाम् । न ऋते त्वत्क्रियते किं चनारे महामर्कं मघवञ्चित्रमर्च ॥
Lord of the companies (of the Maruts), sit down among the companies (of the worshippers), they callyou the most sage of sages; without you nothing is done in the distance; have in honour, Maghavan, our greatand various adoration. of wealth, (the wishes of) your friends; make war (for us), you warrior endowed with real strength, give us a sharein the undivided riches.

अ॒भि॒ख्या नो॑ मघव॒न्नाध॑माना॒न्त्सखे॑ बो॒धि व॑सुपते॒ सखी॑नाम् । रणं॑ कृधि रणकृत्सत्यशु॒ष्माभ॑क्ते चि॒दा भ॑जा रा॒ये अ॒स्मान् ॥ अभिख्या नो मघवन्नाधमानान्त्सखे बोधि वसुपते सखीनाम् । रणं कृधि रणकृत्सत्यशुष्माभक्ते चिदा भजा राये अस्मान् ॥
O friend of the earth, you are the friend of the Indras, who are our friends. Make a battlefield in battle, and you are the one who breaks the truth and who worships us in the night.
