प॒रि॒वृ॒क्तेव॑ पति॒विद्य॑मान॒ट् पीप्या॑ना॒ कूच॑क्रेणेव सि॒ञ्चन् । ए॒षै॒ष्या॑ चिद्र॒थ्या॑ जयेम सुम॒ङ्गलं॒ सिन॑वदस्तु सा॒तम् ॥ परिवृक्तेव पतिविद्यमानट् पीप्याना कूचक्रेणेव सिञ्चन् । एषैष्या चिद्रथ्या जयेम सुमङ्गलं सिनवदस्तु सातम् ॥
As a wife who has been abandoned rejoices to find her husband, as a cloud expanding when pouringforth rain with the aid of the earth's disc; with her eager (to recover the cattle) for our charioteer, may we win (theprize), may good fortune, together with food, be given to us.

त्वं विश्व॑स्य॒ जग॑त॒श्चक्षु॑रिन्द्रासि॒ चक्षु॑षः । वृषा॒ यदा॒जिं वृष॑णा॒ सिषा॑ससि चो॒दय॒न्वध्रि॑णा यु॒जा ॥ त्वं विश्वस्य जगतश्चक्षुरिन्द्रासि चक्षुषः । वृषा यदाजिं वृषणा सिषाससि चोदयन्वध्रिणा युजा ॥
You, Indra, are the eye of the whole world, when, showerer (of benefits), urging on your two vigoroussteeds, harnessed to the car, you engage in battle.
